• RUM MOJITO

    Add 2 Lime wedges to a highball glass,
    Add12.5ml Lime juice to glass
    Add12.5ml Sugar syrup to glass
    Take 3-4 mint leaves, clap in hand
    and add to glass
    Muddle (crush the mint at the bottom of the glass to release its flavour) Add Ice to the glass
    Add 50ml Vault53 White RumTop with Soda water
    Stir and Garnish (Mint and lime wedge)

  • HALFWAY BLUE

    Add 25ml Vault 53 White Rum to shaker
    Add 25ml Blue Curacao to shaker
    Add 50ml Pineapple Juice to shaker
    Add 25ml Lime Juice to shaker
    Add 1 block of ice
    Shake
    Add Ice to highball glass
    Straight pour and
    Garnish with Lime & Mint

  • COSMOPOLITAN

    Add 50ml Vodka to shaker
    Add 25ml Triple Sec to shaker
    Add 12.5ml Lime Juice to shaker
    Add 50ml Cranberry Juice to shaker
    Add Ice
    Shake
    Strain into Champagne glass
    Garnish with Lime

  • HAWAIIAN SANDAL

    Add 50ml Vault 53 White Rum to shaker
    Add 25ml Melon Liqueur to shaker
    Add 50ml Pineapple Juice to shaker
    Add 12.5ml Lime Juice to shaker
    Add Ice
    Shake
    Straight pour into highball glass
    Garnish with Lime

  • DARK & STORMY

    Add Ice to a gin glass
    Add 50ml Vault53 Spiced or White Rum Add 25ml Lime Juice
    Top with Ginger Beer
    Garnish with Lime wedge

  • DAIQUIRI

    Add 25ml Lime juice to shaker
    Add 12.5ml Sugar syrup to shaker
    Add 50ml Vault 53 White Rum to shaker
    Add Ice
    Shake (7 seconds) Strain into champagne glassGarnish with Lime
